I graduated in translation and interpreting from Charles University, Prague, and since then I have been working as a full-time translator, first in-house for PwC, now as a freelancer.

Working with languages requires lifetime development, and even after 30 years of practice and tens of thousands of translated pages, there is always something new and exciting to learn! I hold several international diplomas - CPE (English), DALF (French) and DELE C1 (Spanish), and am studying on an ongoing basis.

The core of my work have always been legal and business texts, but I can (and often do) tackle a wide variety of other topics. I have translated several books – one of them on medieval Burgundy was launched in 2023 and another one is soon to come.
